ATH has some of the newest, safest and most energy efficient equipment in the industry today. We continue to upgrade
our equipment as technology changes. We utilize Diesel furnaces for their safety and efficiency. Our
furnace is expandable up to 45 ’ in length. ATH’s equipment is completely self-contained with power and
necessary appurtenances. Our panel trucks are some of the newest and most well equipped in the
industry. They provide the operator and the client, a climate controlled atmosphere
to monitor instrumentation during the heating process. These units are equipped
with 18 Zone localizing units, chart recorders and power generation.

Our portable, localized units utilize electric resistance heat cycles
which are achieved with state-of-the-art 120/240/460 Volt flexible
ceramic heating elements, heat treatment power consoles, computerized
monitoring equipment, calibrated multi-point recorders and 120 volt
monitoring consoles to insure accurate recordings. Diesel firing of our
furnaces ensures the safest and most cost effective firing process. Fuel
proportional and excess air high velocity burner systems ensure the safest
and most cost effective furnace technology available.
